On January 13, 2022, three months and four (4) days later, the HIGHEST judicial Court, THE SUPREME COURT of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA made two general exceptions to Biden’s Executive Order. Anyone being force to vaccinate with any product made by a United States corporation eg like Pfizer per say, had the right to invoke Religious and Medical exception. This mean that a private corporation like @united , following Biden’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL Executive order 14042 and mandated by Federal Agencies who ignored #SCOTUS
The NY Supreme Court INSTRUCTED a Plaintiff to notify prior to a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). The NY SUPREME COURT and Pfizer Inc were notified of a TRO.
On April 10, 2023: President Biden ended EO 14042 (the national state of emergency) TWO DAYS after the NY SUPREME Court was notified. whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/
